UP Pediatric Center
I designed the UX for Centre UP’s pediatric website with my team at TUX Creative House. We created a welcoming website that makes it easy for families to quickly find the care their kids need. Whether it’s a check-up or an urgent need, it highlights the new location and keeps vital information easily accessible.

OVERVIEW
Knowing how stressful it can be when your child needs medical care, I aimed to create a calm, intuitive experience. Clear appointment calls-to-action, service listings by location, and helpful resources were all thoughtfully designed to make urgent visits feel less overwhelming.

MY DESIGN THINKING
I focused on designing an experience that made finding care intuitive and stress‑free for families. I created a homepage that prominently announced the new location ("UP grandit" meaning UP is growing, in french), added clear CTAs for appointments and emergency info at the top of every page, and designed a specialties page that linked each service to its available center for easy navigation. To further support parents, I designed a resource hub where they could download guides like “Sprained Ankle: What to Do.” The playful visuals and approachable layout tied the brand to children, helping make the idea of an emergency visit feel less intimidating.
