I designed the UX for Centre UP’s pediatric website with my team at TUX Creative House. The goal was to create a welcoming, intuitive experience that helps families quickly access the care their children need, whether for a routine check-up or an urgent visit.

The challenge was that families seeking pediatric care often felt overwhelmed when trying to find reliable information quickly. The goal was to design a website experience that simplified navigation, clarified services and locations, and made core resources more accessible and intuitive.

I began by mapping key user journeys for parents with different goals, from booking appointments to locating urgent care resources. I designed a streamlined homepage layout highlighting the new clinic location (“UP grandit,” meaning UP is growing), integrated persistent CTAs for appointments and emergency access, and created a specialties page connecting services to nearby centers. To extend usability, I built a downloadable resource hub with modular content blocks and guides like “Sprained Ankle: What to Do,” ensuring key information stayed within one click of the user.
The final UX and visual system delivered a calm, structured, and user-focused interface that made medical navigation faster and more intuitive. Clear information architecture, consistent CTAs, and responsive layouts improved usability, efficiency, and trust, aligning with UP’s goal of providing a seamless, family-centered digital experience.
