I served as the UX Designer for Sofia, a web-based Complaint Management System (CMS) that helps managers and HR teams track and resolve workplace conflicts more effectively. My role focused on defining user flows, creating wireframes, and shaping an intuitive, accessible user experience aligned with both HR processes and user needs.

HR departments often struggle with fragmented systems and unclear workflows when managing employee complaints. The goal was to design a centralized and transparent platform that simplified reporting, improved visibility, and made the resolution process more efficient for both managers and employees.

I analyzed existing HR tools to identify usability gaps and designed simplified user flows that improved navigation and reduced cognitive load. Using expandable content modules, users could access key details without leaving the main page, enhancing efficiency and accessibility. I developed wireframes and prototypes to refine hierarchy, interactions, and visual consistency across screens.
Although the platform did not launch due to external business factors, the prototype demonstrated how a structured UX framework could simplify complex HR workflows and improve transparency.
This project deepened my expertise in information architecture, workflow design, and enterprise UX, reinforcing the value of creating tools that make workplace processes more human and efficient.
