Real Estate Company Website

I was the UX Designer for Edifis, an industrial real estate development company. My role focused on designing a website that reflected the brand’s forward-thinking vision while making project information easy to explore, navigate, and understand for visitors.

Problem & Goals

The previous site lacked clarity and visual hierarchy, making it difficult for users to explore multiple property listings and understand each project’s unique value. The goal was to design a modern, intuitive web experience that showcased the brand’s architectural expertise while organizing complex property data into a clean and accessible structure.

Process & Approach

I started by analyzing content needs across property types to build an information architecture that grouped key details such as availability, features, and location. I then designed interactive modules and expandable sections so users could view additional information without losing context.

To create an immersive yet functional experience, I incorporated WebGL-inspired visuals, subtle motion transitions, and hover interactions that mimicked architectural movement. The interface balanced strong structural layouts with smooth usability, ensuring both the aesthetic and navigational flow aligned with the brand’s tone.

Outcome & Impact

The redesign delivered a cohesive digital experience that emphasized clarity, depth, and interaction. The final website presented Edifis as a modern, innovative leader in real estate development, strengthening its brand credibility and engagement.

This project refined my skills in content organization, interactive UI design, and visual storytelling, while deepening my understanding of how to merge architectural inspiration with digital usability.
