UX Design
While working at TUX Creative House, our leadership team implemented a 4-day work week with no reduction in salary, an initiative rooted in research showing that employees could remain just as productive while enjoying better work-life balance. After seeing its success, the company decided to launch a micro-site aimed at educating other business leaders about the benefits of this model, backed by our data and firsthand experience.
I was responsible for the UX design of the micro-site. Working closely with senior copywriters and the leadership team, I translated key research points, company insights, and employee stories into a clear and engaging digital experience. My focus was on structuring the content into intuitive sections such as:
I also integrated shareable features that allowed users to easily send the website to employees, stakeholders, or decision-makers, helping spread the idea to other companies.
One of the biggest challenges was starting with only scattered research notes, sticky notes, and long-form copy without a clear direction for the website’s structure. I had to distill this information into a logical, user-friendly skeleton that could both educate and inspire. By carefully organizing the content into thematic sections and creating a clear user flow, I transformed raw information into a cohesive and accessible micro-site that effectively conveyed both the data and the human stories behind the initiative.
