I designed the UX for this microsite showcasing TUX Creative House’s transition to a 4-day workweek, transforming research, employee stories, and key data into an engaging and shareable digital experience. My focus was on organizing complex information into a clear, inspiring, and easy-to-navigate structure that encouraged other companies to explore the same model.

The challenge was to turn scattered internal research and data into a cohesive narrative that could educate and inspire business leaders. The goal was to design an accessible microsite that communicated both the human and business impact of a 4-day workweek while remaining easy to share and explore.

I collaborated closely with senior copywriters and the leadership team to define the site’s hierarchy and structure. I translated research findings, company insights, and personal employee stories into intuitive content sections, such as How We Did It, Our Stories, and Where We Are Now. Through information architecture and UX planning, I created clear user flows that balanced storytelling with data visualization. I also introduced interactive and shareable features, allowing visitors to easily send the microsite to employees, stakeholders, or decision-makers.
The final microsite design effectively communicates both the research and human stories behind the company’s transition, helping position TUX as a thought leader in workplace innovation. The design system simplified complex information into an engaging narrative that educates, inspires, and spreads awareness about the benefits of the 4-day workweek model.
